Quick Access to Support Options Within the Program

Did you know that many of our online support options can be quickly accessed from within your Lacerte software?

  • Ask Intuit - In the "Search Ask Intuit" field, type your question then press "Enter" or click the "Ask Intuit" button. You'll be guided to answers in our agent Knowledge Base, Live Community, or connected to a live agent via Chat.
  • Live Community - The Live Community feature provides a quick and easy way for you to interact with other tax professionals who are using Lacerte software. In the Live Community panel you can view questions and associated answers or ask and answer questions. You can also click links to Browse the Online Community, Search Online Help, and Research TaxAlmanac.
  • EF Atlas - From the "Help" menu, select "E-File Atlas Online" to go directly to the EF Atlas to find the latest e-file alerts and delayed acknowledgment information.

Haiti Relief Donations Qualify for Immediate Tax Relief

On January 25, 2010, the IRS issued News Release IR-2010-12, announcing that people who give to charities providing earthquake relief in Haiti can claim these donations on the tax return they are completing this season... For more information, please visit the IRS Web site.
