Enter keyword(s) in the Search field below to locate Support Bulletins pertaining to the topic in which you are interested.

To begin a search, enter the term you are searching for in the search box and click on the "Go" button. Don't worry about capitalization - the search engine won't look for it.

Spelling errors
Remember - check your spelling. A misspelled or mistyped word can reduce the number of relevant results. Also avoid abbreviations, for the search engine may not recognize them.

Phrases (" ")
Try putting quotation marks around words to get results with those exact words in that exact order. For example, entering QuickBooks Pro without double quotation marks will return results containing either QuickBooks or Pro, in any order.

Multiple-character wildcard (*)
Use the multiple-character wildcard (the asterisk, *) to find similar words or different forms of a word. For example, typing download* will return results including "download" "downloaded" "downloads" and "downloading".

Single-character wildcard (?)
If you're searching for similar words or are unsure how a word is spelled, you can use the single-character wildcard, which is a question mark (?), for any character(s) in the text. For example, typing "J?ne Jones" results in a search for Jane Jones and June Jones.

Common words and questions
Avoid using common words such as "a" "an" "is" "the" for the search engine will ignore them. Additionally, phrasing your search as a question such as: "When will QuickBooks 2005 be released?" will cause the search engine to include "when" and "will" in your search results, expanding the number of results. "QuickBooks 2005" and release would be a more effective search string.
